Tim is a 1981 cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a BS in Forestry/Wildlife Management. He has worked as a private consultant for over 20 years. Before that he was employed by Deltic Farm and Timber with duties ranging from land and timber procurement, timber marking, contractor supervision of herbicide application and tree planting supervision. Previously he was employed for 3 year with the Arkansas Forestry Commission as a County Forester in Clark, Dallas and Hempstead counties. He is a registered Forester in Arkansas, and a member of the Arkansas Forestry Association.
Karen attended Ouachita Baptist University and takes care of all the bookkeeping and administrative duties. She has owned her own business for 14 years and worked in banking for 15 years. She is responsible for all taxes, insurances, billing information, ordering supplies and paying bills.
Joel is the son of Tim and Karen and is a 2010 graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a BS degree in Wildlife Biology. He is currently working as a technician and assists in writing management plans, boundary line maintenance and “other duties as assigned.” He is a hard working outdoorsman with an eye towards improving wildlife habitat.
